Tim Nolan personally handled my business and tax needs. Even during the busiest times of the year he worked hard to get my accounting needs done in a timely manner. He also, went above and beyond aiding with document preparation even to the point of when I closed my business. If you want quality work his services are worth the time!
Hired this service to do my taxes. I made an appointment to have my taxes done in person on February 4th 2016. My appointment was with Debbie Cali. I waited an hour and a half in the lobby as she filled out my taxes. When complete she had me sign papers and went over the tax papers. After a month and no refund checks I called back to the office. I had taxes done on 2/4 and they were not submitted and accepted until the 29th of February. When I asked her what happened in 25 days she said she didn't know... was not going to find out....I asked to speak to the manager and then she hung the phone up on me. I was not being rude...just asking for help. VERY POOR Business practice!
Had them do my taxes because I had purchased a house in 2015 and was hesitant to do it myself for fear of missing something. Was disappointed that they were only able to find me $2200 in a return even though I paid $37k in taxes. Felt like they didn't care to do more with me to find areas I could deduct. Then to top it off, they charge me $325 for their services. They only charged my parents $75 for a joint file. I feel like they saw my income and felt like I could afford to be charged more. NEVER GOING BACK TO NOLAN ACCOUNTING

Just received a notice from the irs saying I owe them 700 from 2015. I paid the accountant almost 200 to file my taxes, wrong. I have w2s, a rent certificate and a 1095 nothing else to report or file. I will not return to them. Huge waste of money and time. Thanks for nothing!
