My bf had ordered food today and I guess the people working today seemed to have attitudes. 11am, they must not be morning people. Move on to when we got our food, it looked like the people who prepared the food, just threw our food in the boxes. Basically had to put my own sandwich together when I opened it, as so did he. I get if they were busy, but at an establishment such as Panera or any food place in general. I expect more common courtesy. I never had an issue until today. Not a super big deal but come on, do better.
The new, to me, store layout and table food delivery is a hit. The food may be a bit pricey but the quality of the final product more than makes up for it. The seasonable soup changes are intriguing and delicious. The bakery items are delightful and fresh.
Usually don't have problems with this location, I order a lot of delivery for lunch at my work. Today i got a salad that was delivered with no dressing, no egg, no avocado, and almost no tuna. Whoever made my lunch clearly wasn't into it, which is a bummer since i can't leave work for a meal and spent a decent amount of $$ on something that's basically dry lettuce. coffee lunch it is.
We used to order from this location quite frequently. However they have continuously missed orders so much over the years we no longer order from them. When we used to order a salad it was a running joke that we wont receive any dressing or lettuce because this had happened more than several times. When we would order sandwiches we had plenty of times where the chicken was missing or they forgot the sandwich/soup all together. Panera can be a great experience if its done right. We just dont even bother with this location anymore.
My roasted turkey sandwich and Greek salad was very good. Customer service was good and bathroom was clean. I took my order to go so didn't really take a look around the restaurant to check for cleanliness.
