I'm always treated promptly and with respect. Everyone is nice and professional especially at the front desk. Caitlin's issue sounds like it was her insurance causing the problem.
Horrible clinic. Walgreens automatically refills my prescriptions within the proper time period. This clinic cut me off of my asthma medication saying I refilled too often. Apparently every few months is too often and they said it's illegal, which it isn't. Now I have them harassing my mother and I and they're making me doctor appointments without my permission. They also said they're going to put me on what medication they want. Not what I approve of. This clinic should get new employees because they're ruse and they don't do their jobs properly. I've heard more about my doctors kid than my actual health and such. A word to the wise, find a different clinic.
