Didn’t offer water or napkins. We had to flag him down for to-go boxes and the bill and not a single dish was cleared from our table. Food was mediocre...just alright. We were so annoyed and ready to go. Just a little bit more patience and kindness with us and we would have left atleast a 20% tip as we normally do, but order takers only make their usual $2.33/hour since no effort was made. And I don’t feel bad not one bit! And oh yea, there’s a hole in the wall in the women’s bathroom stall, made me feel like there was a peeping Tom or something, get that fixed ASAP!
We had dinner here tonight and our waiter Ray is what made this a two stars with his non existent customer service. It seemed like he rushed our entire meal from beginning to end.
It was just a horrible first experience that I've ever had.we go and was seated right next to the bathrooms and there plenty of seats so that was just wrong. We wait 15 plus minutes to even start to order and once the first meal comes after 35 minutes they decide that the meal my daughter ordered couldn't be made because no more pattys or something. So on top of that she got my meal all wrong I got nasty horseradish sauce and slimy onions that I said twice that I didn't want on my sandwich twice I told her so my baby couldn't get her meal my meal was all wrong and we had to smell bathrooms the hole time. So I refused to pay for my meal and hers on they said they would bring her another kids meal and she did t even get that till when my rest of the party were already done eating so I refused to pay for any of it it was just a very bad experience I will never return that is for sure.
We were seated quickly, everyone was nice, our waitress was super nice, very patient with me and answered any questions I had. The business was very nice and clean. The bathroom was very clean. The service was quick, our food was perfect. I would recommend this location to my family and friends. We will definitely be back.
Went for a early dinner on a Saturday. Was seated right away, waiter was very upbeat and informed us of the $12.99 rack of ribs and $5.00 long island teas. Which was a great deal we thought. Ordered the ribs and a burger w/the combo appetizer. The food or waiter was not the issue it was how rundown and filthy the restaurant was. We were seated in a 2 person booth which had food in the cracks, cherry stems on the railing and on the floor next to our table. The booth seats & table were both sopping wet. Table was all worn and scrached dust on all the decor. Just too dirty to enjoy my meal. We used our $25 gift card and this is the last time we will be eating here. They need to update and clean, clean, clean and clean some more!! We did not punish our great waiter for the lack of cleanliness we tipped him well as we always do w/good service!! Next time I get a taste for TGIF wings we will try another location!! Or just go to Applebees!!
Friends forced me to go here. Hate "Chain-fast-casual." One more thing that wont be missed after the appocolys.
