It has most of your pet needs. Fish are a great price, other pets seem a bit expensive. The grooming, for your dog, is great here! All the employees are very helpful.
We get all our ferrets what they need from here....we got our end ferret from here. Couldn't have asked for a better companion! He's so awesome....kick ass personality! Loves to snuggle! I have 3 total Izzy, Bobo and the last one we saved from horrible owners she was so neglected. And Petco has always helped with anything n everything I need for them!!!

I took my Australian shepherd in for a routine groomers appointment. Nothing special, just bathe, trim nails, brush, and remove a matte behind his ear. Usually Rebecca does my dogs appointments, but this time Ashley did it. Everything seemed fine at first, but then when I brought him home and looked at his ear to see if they removed the matte, there was quite a bit of blood behind his ear. It obviously irritated him, because he didn't wanna let me touch it. Evidently they thought the best method of removing the matte was by shaving the area. She was obviously not careful enough and cut him! On top of that, she failed to tell me about the injury. All she did was put some ointment on it and hope that I didn't find it. I only know she put the ointment on it because there was some goop and I could smell it. I will be finding a different groomer for future appointments.
I think mamagement or certain managers child act like they are animal lovers instead of just a job they're bored with. Other associates really care about animals. You need animal lovers to truly work there. Not ones who act like it's just a job and they don't care one way or the other. Impression myself and another person with me got.
