I don't come here often.. the times I have.. the employees have below average customer service skills. They always act stressed out and let it pour out on customers. Questions seem like a burden to them.

Right as I'm walking through the door, I can hear one of the employees telling the one working the counter that they aren't making big purchases.. listing pretty much everything. Never even looked at my belongings to determine how much it would be. Which, I don't think I had a giant order. So I turn out to leave, and the one declining service gives the little out the door jab.. "Happy holidays"

Then why be open? Why offer the service on your website? You couldn't get off your a s s and at least look at what I had? You couldn't at least offer some sort of explanation?

Terriible service. Awful return polices. Your better off going to gamestop/make cents store dont waste your time.

This place rocks! Whenever I'm in Milwaukee I stop in, and you should too. The staff is always super helpful with answering questions and/or finding things in the store. The prices are great. Really, it's a great stop.

But, today is my final straw. I went in to sell some old movies.. maybe 15, and my handheld camera..

Yes the selection varies wildly from location to location but generally over the years the customer service has been great and they have paid much better than Gamestop. Their prices are based on the amount of stock, rarity and other factors concerning any particular you are selling to them. Bonus fact, they will take donations of old but working electronics if you cannot sell online.

The selection is good for a store of this purpose, I'll give them that.

I have purchased tons of stuff from them, ever since they opened at the other location down the road.. not just selling items. I won't be doing business with them ever again. Maybe management doesn't care how their employees are handling the people bringing them business, or maybe they just hold the same standards themselves.. either way, I won't be returning and I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere that values the customer, their business, and their experience.
