Went to pick up a new phone, had 2 people offer me help and didn't have to wait to long. My new phone had a start up problem and they spent 20 minutes making sure I left with a working phone. Very personable and made good conversation with me while I waited for all my content to transfer. Great experience.
This has been the best sprint store out of all the other ones i have visited in milwaukee. Juan is super friendly and honest, he always goes above and beyond his expectations to make sure i am happy with my phone and service. Excellent customer service.

Customer service is bad. Came into to ask a simple question about my iPhone, she let me explain the whole situation just to say "you gotta give me a minute, I just walked in" I could've sworn it's your job to assist people with their phones..
I had a TERRIBLE experience here. I was treated like a nuisance when my phone order was messed up on a corporate level. They told me to step aside while I watched them take care of EVERYONE ELSE IN THE STORE for an entire HOUR while they did NOTHING to solve my problem. I ended up calling corporate while I waited, and they tried calling the store TEN TIMES. The 2 reps never answered the phone! Even after I brought it to their attention, the calls were still ignored until I spoke up twice. The only person over the 4 1/2 hours I spent in the store in the 2 days I was there TRYING to get my phone (problem was never resolved...) that deserves a medal of honor is Randy. Everyone else should be fired.
