I wish I could give two different ratings. One for the shopping experience in store and one for delivery. In store shopping was great. Renee was super helpful and honest. I enjoyed working with her. However, the delivery service is TERRIBLE!! Several months ago I ordered a sofa. Delivery was a nightmare but gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a bed for my daughter. Delivery was supposed to be for Monday. Waited all day (missed work) and never heard from anyone. Already took my daughter's bed down to make room for the new one. I called the number provided for delivery and was told that the bed was scheduled for Wednesday. Get a text saying delivery will be between 11:30-3:30. 4:00 with no delivery. Again missed work. I called again and was told it was going to be Saturday. No one bothered to call or text saying that the dates were pushed out. At this point I am extremely upset that I haven't heard from anyone about this, especially after I received a text stating that there was going to be a delivery that day. More importantly, my daughter continues to sleep on the couch waiting for a bed I spent 1700.00 dollars on. Because of the delivery/communications problems I will no longer buy anything from Ashley Home Furniture.
Had a great experience at Ashley last week. Went in looking for a couch. John was our salesman and I can't say enough about him! He did not pressure us, and also helped us find a budget family friendly couch that will work with 3 high energy kids and 2 dogs. The checkout process was quick and our couch was delivered a few days later. I have to say that I love ❤️ their furniture. We bought furniture there in 2005 and it lasted 12 years! Plan on returning there next spring to buy furniture for our living room. We will definitely ask for John!
Customer service is a zero! From day one of my purchase I was LIED to about availability, payment forms, assembly of my purchase and pick up! I spoke with numerous people and got a different story with each person I spoke with! I encountered racist behavior and treatment and treated like I was a thief and that was just in a phone conversation. I I was made service promises that were not kept! I demanded to speak with a manager who would not take my cal and did not return my call! I will never again shop at at this Ashley's or any other Ashley store! Buyer seriously beware! I will also be reporting this store to the BBB to make all consumers aware!
Usually furniture shopping isn't something people look forward to, going into the store and being followed around... but this was nothing like that. We walked in and were greeted but were given time to look around and then ask our questions. Pam was EXTEEMELY helpful and made this entire process an ease. She told us that this location is different than others and how they are run and let me tell you I would never go to another store. If you're looking for a good experience with great prices go to Ashley in Greenfield!
Bought my son a new bed for Christmas. We were under a time crunch the night we walked in, I knew exactly what I wanted & Pam Morris took us right to where the bed we wanted was. We checked it out bought it and were not PRESSURED by Pam at all. She sold us the mattress protector that ALL beds should have! I had such a nice experience with Pam that I will definitely be back to purchase the couch and recliner that are on our list AFTER Christmas is over. Thank you
