Sales rep was Elizabeth - she was wonderful to work with. One thing I would point out is that you don't have to get all the items in their sets. We mixed seating with a different lamp, rug AND tables to match our style.
Diverse staff. Quality furniture. Excellent prices. My sales person was Jimmy and I would HIGHLY recommend him! He was down to earth, funny, and professional. He helped me make a great furniture selection. I WILL be back to see him again! I spend more time checking out at the grocery store... This was so fast!!!! Can't wait to sit on my new couch!!
We had a great experience with Elizabeth! We had a pretty long list of things we needed in both the Outlet store and the main store. She answered all our questions and helped us make sure we had everything we needed. She was so friendly and laid back. When we came back to pick up our Outlet Store purchases she not only remembered me but remembered what we were talking about. She was great. Furniture so far seems to be great quality. The overall experience was great!
If you walk through the door at Bob's in Greenfield and a sales person named Scott McGowan greets you keep walking and ask for help from the next person. I asked Scott three times a very specific question and three times I got the same answer but when the furniture was delivered it was not what he had told me three times. I also didn't appreciate the guilt trip he TRIED to lay on me because we didn't take the extended plan. Here's a word of advice from a former sales person, don't try to guilt the person into buying something try selling it to them. I also didn't appropriate him pushing for me to do this Google review immediately after I purchased the furniture, glad I waited and saw how bad he screwed the order up. I will say though that the delivery guys were great, customer service was very helpful and Derrick Wilson, the manager, was very accommodating. I think I would recommend Bob's to someone but I would definitely not recommend Scott McGowan.
Scott M and several others were great, enough information at the door and let us shop. Give eye contact and one of the team will run right over. Scott M had me checked out in under 15 minutes after we shared what we wanted. Great job to all.
Great prices. I was worried about quality, but love my living room set and keep getting complements. I small issue with a lamp that store fixed quickly and easily. Would recommend this place.
