I had a execellent experience. The sale person and manager help me above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. If only more furniture stores would do the same. I would recommend la z boy to everyone I know. I was amazed at the length they went to help me thank you.
Everyone was friendly and very helpful. We have had 2 la z boy recliners before this and we were happy & satisfied with them. So we came back for our third recliner & we are still keeping & using our 2nd one. Thank you.
Today we went shopping for a recliner for my sister. We stopped at three different places with La-Z-Boy being one of the three stops. We were very happy to be helped by Margaret who showed us to the exact chair we were looking for. It was in our budget and it was supremely comfortable. We did stop at one more place after checking out La-Z-Boy. We decided that we would take the La-Z-Boy that we saw at the store. Great price great service great product. We are extremely happy.
Our salesman Tony did an outstanding job. We spent hours in the store getting the combination of chair style, features, and fabric color just right. Tony printed pictures to allow us the ability to see what the fabric would look like on the chair. Outstanding job!!!
Sales associate, was the manager, Tony, was great, he showed us several items & options, took the time to help us, apologized every time he walked away to talk with other customers, thanked us for our patience after returning, etc. . Very personable, knowledgeable, patient. We couldn't fit all of our purchases in our vehicle so he said we could come in this week in pick up the other items. We did, with no hassle. Great experience.
